Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Miscellaneous Metal Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates for projects involving miscellaneous metal fabrication and installation, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness in our bids.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs of Miscellaneous Metal for components such as railings, ladders, and frames. 

 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in estimating miscellaneous metals or related construction fields.
• Strong knowledge of metal fabrication processes and materials.
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in cost estimation.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
